BJLogin Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

To register and use a BJLogin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person — BJLogin does not permit corporate or institutional accounts.
• You are accessing BJLogin voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from BJLogin or had a BJLogin account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing BJLogin from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

BJLogin reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible adult will be suspended pending verification and, if verification fails, permanently closed. Any balance in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with BJLogin's legal and compliance obligations.

Registering on BJLogin is free. You will be asked to provide your Pakistani mobile number during registration — this becomes the primary identifier for your account. You are responsible for ensuring all registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

One account per member. Each person may hold exactly one BJLogin account. If BJLogin identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether through shared payment details, device identifiers, IP address patterns or other means — the duplicate accounts will be merged or closed. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your BJLogin login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. BJLogin will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BJLogin support immediately at support@bjlogin.biz. BJLogin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account name accuracy. The name on your BJLogin account must match the name on your payment accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account etc.). BJLogin may require name verification before processing withdrawals. Accounts with mismatched names may experience withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

BJLogin accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods are listed on the deposit page within your BJLogin account. Accepted methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit on BJLogin is Rs 200. There is no deposit fee charged by BJLogin, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly if you are unsure.

Deposits are credited to your PKR balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from your payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank's processing times.

BJLogin reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on withdrawal requests until the review is complete.

Withdrawals from BJLogin are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. BJLogin does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed promptly and typically land within five minutes of your request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed during business hours and normally complete the same business day. Card withdrawals follow the processing timelines of your card issuer.

Your PKR balance — comprising funds you have deposited and legitimate winnings — is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity has been verified.
• There are no active fraud or compliance reviews on your account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available (non-bonus) PKR balance.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been completed.

BJLogin may request identity documentation before processing a first withdrawal or when a withdrawal exceeds certain thresholds. This is a standard compliance procedure and is not a cause for concern. Providing the requested documents promptly will allow your withdrawal to proceed without unnecessary delay.

BJLogin offers various promotions including a welcome bonus for new members and periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers and special promotions tied to cricket, PSL and other sporting events. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits — are stated clearly on each promotion's individual terms page.

Welcome Bonus. New BJLogin members are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 on their first deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the stated minimum amount. The bonus is credited to your Bonus Balance and carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. General bonus rules that apply to all BJLogin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Transferring bonuses between accounts is not permitted.
• Bonuses expire after the stated period if wagering requirements are not completed.
• BJLogin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
• Members who self-exclude from BJLogin forfeit any active bonus balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household and per payment method.

All bets placed on BJLogin are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are displayed within the relevant betting section on the platform.

Bet acceptance. A bet is accepted only when BJLogin displays a confirmation reference number on your bet slip. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you have received and noted this reference. BJLogin is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on your end.

Odds displayed. All odds on BJLogin are in decimal format. The total return on a winning bet is Odds × Stake. The profit is (Odds × Stake) − Stake. Odds are correct at the time a bet is placed and will not change after the bet has been accepted and confirmed.

Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum stake per bet on BJLogin is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event. Maximum payout limits per event are displayed on the relevant market. BJLogin reserves the right to limit individual stakes on specific markets for any member where appropriate.

Parlays. BJLogin allows parlay accumulators of up to 20 selections. All legs of a parlay must win for the parlay to pay out. A voided leg reduces the parlay by one selection and the remaining legs continue to stand at their original odds.

Live in-play betting. Live bets are accepted subject to real-time odds that may differ from the odds displayed immediately before you submit your bet. BJLogin will confirm the accepted odds on your bet confirmation. You may reject a live bet at the confirmation stage if the confirmed odds are not acceptable to you.

BJLogin settles all bets based on official results as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. The following rules govern abandoned matches and void bet situations:

Abandoned matches — cricket. If a cricket match is abandoned before sufficient overs have been bowled for an official result under the applicable competition rules (typically the DLS minimum), all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets settled prior to abandonment — such as completed session bets or toss winner bets — stand as settled. Live over-by-over bets on overs that were not bowled are voided.

Abandoned matches — football and other sports. If a football match or other sporting event is abandoned before the official minimum playing time for settlement purposes, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If sufficient time has been played for an official result to stand, BJLogin settles on that result.

Postponed matches. If a match is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off or start time, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to PKR balances.

Obvious errors. In the event of a clearly erroneous odds price being displayed on BJLogin — for example, a team listed at 0.10 odds when the true market price is 1.90 — BJLogin reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. This right will be exercised only in cases of clear and material pricing errors.

BJLogin's casino and games section — including card games, Andar Bahar, fishing games and any other game categories added in the future — operates under the same account rules, PKR balance rules and responsible gaming policies as the sports betting section.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is available within the game's information section on the BJLogin platform. RTP figures represent the statistical long-term return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Live dealer games operate according to the rules of the specific game variant displayed on screen. Game history for each session is recorded and available in your BJLogin account activity log. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection.

Bonus funds may have different contribution rates for different game categories within BJLogin's casino section. For example, some game types may contribute at a lower percentage toward bonus wagering requirements than sports betting. Refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BJLogin and will result in immediate account suspension and review, forfeiture of any balance derived from the prohibited activity, and permanent closure where warranted:

• Bonus abuse. Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematically exploiting promotion terms in ways that constitute abuse rather than good-faith participation, or coordinating with other members to extract bonus value.
• Match fixing or use of insider information. Placing bets based on information not available to the general public — including inside knowledge of pre-determined match results, player injuries not publicly disclosed, or any form of match manipulation.
• Arbitrage betting at scale. Systematically placing large-volume opposite bets across accounts or platforms to lock in guaranteed profit regardless of outcome in a manner designed to exploit BJLogin's odds rather than genuinely engage with the markets.
• Automated betting. Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets on BJLogin without human interaction.
• Account sharing or sale. Sharing access to your BJLogin account with another person or selling your account to a third party.
• Fraudulent deposits. Depositing via payment methods belonging to other people, using stolen card or account details, or initiating chargebacks after placing bets with deposited funds.
• Money laundering. Using BJLogin as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.

BJLogin's compliance team monitors for all of the above. Members suspected of prohibited conduct may have their withdrawal requests held pending investigation. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, any balance in the account that is derived from the prohibited activity will be forfeited.

BJLogin may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• BJLogin has reason to believe your account may be used for fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity.
• A regulatory or compliance requirement necessitates the suspension pending review.
• You have requested self-exclusion under BJLogin's responsible gaming policy.
• You close your account voluntarily.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, BJLogin will notify you via your registered contact details. Investigations are conducted as promptly as possible. If an investigation concludes with no finding of misconduct, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Voluntary closure. You may request BJLogin to close your account at any time by contacting support. Legitimate PKR balances (non-bonus, non-disputed) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after account closure confirmation.

All content on the BJLogin platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, odds data, game software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BJLogin or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal licence to access and use the BJLogin platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from BJLogin without express written permission.

Any automated scraping of odds data, match data or any other content from BJLogin is strictly prohibited and will result in access being blocked and, where applicable, legal action.

BJLogin provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. BJLogin will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or technical maintenance windows.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end that prevent bet placement or game access.
• Decisions made by you based on incomplete or delayed information — including live sports data or live odds that you accessed through BJLogin.
• Any outcomes of bets placed by you, regardless of whether those bets were placed on your own analysis or on the basis of promotions, tips or predictions.

BJLogin's total liability to any individual member in any calendar year is limited to the total amount deposited by that member during that year. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by BJLogin's proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

BJLogin is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not something that causes financial stress, relationship problems or harm to your wellbeing.

The following tools are available to all BJLogin members in their account settings at any time, with no waiting period or minimum usage required:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your BJLogin account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount for a given time period. Once the limit is reached, further betting requires the limit to be increased — which takes 24 hours to take effect — or the period to reset.
• Session timers: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session on BJLogin. You will be notified when your session time is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from BJLogin. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot access any BJLogin product. This is the most decisive tool available and BJLogin takes self-exclusion requests seriously.

BJLogin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BJLogin will notify registered members via their registered mobile number or email address with reasonable advance notice before the updated terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the BJLogin platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using BJLogin and close your account before the effective date.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect member rights — may be made without individual notification and will be reflected on this page.
