How to Recover Your BJLogin Account Access

Forgotten Password

Wrong Mobile Number

What Happens If You Log Out Mid-Session?

BJLogin automatically saves your state when you log out or your session times out. Any open bets remain active and will be settled normally when the relevant event concludes — you do not need to be logged in for your bets to count. Your PKR wallet balance is preserved exactly. When you log back in to BJLogin, your full account history — bets, transactions and results — will be exactly as you left it.

If you were in the middle of filling out a bet slip when your session expired, the bet will not have been placed — a bet on BJLogin is only placed once you confirm it on the bet slip. You will need to recreate the selections after logging back in.

BJLogin sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity on the platform — typically 30 minutes on desktop and 20 minutes on mobile. This is a security measure to protect your account if you step away from your device. You can adjust this period in your account settings after logging in.
